  • It has a Namibian designed curriculum that aims to meet the needs of the Namibian church.
  • Studying at NETS provides a unique experience for it is a Namibian inter-denominational and multi-cultural seminary.
  • Contact the Namibia Evangelical Theological Seminary to find out in which of our programmes you can enroll!

Our next Graduation will be held on the 16th of March 2024 at the Dutch Reformed Church, Academia – Schanzenweg 46A, Windhoek.

The students worked hard and are looking forward to being awarded on this day. The graduation ceremony is an annual highlight for the seminary. On this day, we celebrate the academic achievements of the students as well as the growth that occurred in their character and Christian faith. Hence, we invite the families and friends of the graduands to join us on this date. We are looking forward to fellowship with the spiritual leaders of the various churches in Namibia. The presence of the board and council members will also be highly appreciated.

Graduands of 2024

The graduands are requested to contact the office to book their graduation gown and confirm their presence at the graduation by the end of February 2024.

Live Streaming of the Ceremony

The graduation ceremony will be streamed live on the NETS Facebook page. Those who are unable to attend the Graduation could watch the video of the joyous occasion on https://www.facebook.com/nets.edu.

We are preparing for our annual mission trips for 2024 at the end of April.

Last year’s mission outreaches were a combination of practical ministry and promoting the NETS Discipleship Certificate (Level 3 Unaccredited) and Certificate in Ministry (NQF Level 3) in various regions. The mission outreach of 2022 was in Rundu. Hence, last year, the mentor groups travelled to the northwest (Opuwo), East (Gobabis), south-east (Gochas & Koes) and south (Luderitz).

Good relationships were established during these trips and people were encouraged to register in the NETS programs, especially the distance programs. A learning community was created in Gobabis and two people from Opuwo registered for the Certificate in Theology (NQF Level 4) distance program, while the Gochas learning community is pushing to finish early 2024.

Prayer Request

We kindly ask for the prayers of the churches and every Christian for our mission trips. In the words of the Apostle Paul “Pray that the students will share the gospel fearlessly and that they will be good ambassadors for Christ”.

A Special Thanks to Netherland

We want to thank the churches and individual people in the Netherland who sponsored the mission trip for two consecutive years (2022-2023). We as the NETS community is very grateful for your financial assistance. May the Lord bless you endlessly and continue to encourage you in your faith communities.
